It is going to be a meat affair this Easter Sunday at Kabira Country Club when revelers turn up for the much anticipated Easter Sunday Roast. The event will be the peak of Easter celebration at the five hotel which begun last weekend with the Easter Carnival.
The day will start early to allow the hotel team prepare for a live roast of goats, chicken, beef and pork meats, a live band to entertain revelers, jumping castle, face painting and egg hunt for the kids.
To meet customers’ expectations, Kabira Country Club has designed a special menu to fit the day’s billing. All this will only be for a fee of 60,000shs for adults and 30,000shs kids this Easter. It has set up different counters for different menus and recipes.
Customers coming for the Easter Sunday Roast should expect the Soup Counter - cream of pumpkin and ginger soup; Salad Bar - lettuce salad, cucumber salad, tomato salad, carrot salad, beetroot salad, Cole straw salad, garden salad; and Salad Sauces - French dressings balsamic vinegar and thousand island.
The Pasta Live Counters - penne, fusil, macaroni, spaghetti; Sauces - bolognaise & garlic sauce, white cheese sauce, tomato sauce; Condiments - carrots, broccoli, green chilies, coriander, sweet corn, olives and cheese; Meat Counter - whole roasted goat, rolled beef, whole roasted chicken and suckling pig.
The Accompaniment will include jack potato, gravy, brown rice, creamy spinach; Bread Station - assorted bread rolls, French loaf, garlic bread; Dessert - assorted pastries and English roasted pudding.
The Kids Area - penne alfredo, French fries, mini beef burger, mini vegetarian pizza, mini sausage roll, ice cream with toppings.
